1. Pokemon (anime)

Ships: Gladion/Kiawe, Alain/Ash, Kiawe/Ash

General Ideas: I really like fic that goes into the lore of Pokemon and I also like stuff that explores what it's like to live in the world of Pokemon in a casual sense. I love stuff that's like, an adventure so I'd love it if a romance started to blossom between the characters as they were investigating something (maybe a villain of some kind or a mystery surrounded a rare/legendary pokemon). Exploration of the various regions is also cool! With how they look and their histories and stuff. But I also love the more slice of life stuff, where the characters are having a meal, or travelling or just hanging out. And, of course, there is battling: maybe the focus can be on the two as opponents, as allies in a double battle or just cheering each other on in a tournament/league. If you want to make smut, feel free to age the characters up a little, though it's actually NBD to me if you don't. Also, feel free to have any of the other characters turn up. I love the friendships in this anime! And obviously, OBVIOUSLY, I love the Pokemon themselves.

Gladion/Kiawe:

•          What made me first start shipping these two is their league battle and, especially, the way that they clasped their hands together at the end after Gladion won really got me. I feel like they've got a lot in common with their drive and skill and the protectiveness they feel towards others, especially their little sisters.
•        One way in which they differ is that Kiawe is part of a large friendship group and has a comfortable family life, whereas Gladion is something of a loner and has had a lot of turmoil happen within his family. It could be that Kiawe makes an effort to bring Gladion into the Alola gang and a romance ends up blossoming between them as a result. Maybe Gladion starts to attend the school!
•        Maybe the two of them have to team up to go rescue somebody (Lillie? Ash? Professor Kukui?) whether in a larger group or not, and get closer as a result.
•       One of them gets injured and the other one has to help them - maybe Gladion gets injured and is reluctant to accept Kiawe's help at first, but then becomes more open to it. Or maybe Kiawe gets injured and has to contend with being weakened while Gladion has to help him even though he isn't really sure how to.

Alain/Ash:

•       This could be quite an intense ship seeing as Alain was allied with the villain for quite a while. You could have them building their rivalry and getting closer, then the betrayal that comes around after Ash finds out about Alain's link to Team Flare. Could be an AU where Alain doesn't leave Ash to Lysandre's whims, or it could be an angsty scenario where he still does because of Maron and Chespie.
•        Maybe an AU where Ash helps Alain get away from Lysandre before the Team Flare arc even happens in the way that he just seems to be able to turn things onto a lighter, more optimistic path.
•       Hurt/Comfort where Ash is hit particularly badly by the effects of the bond phenomenon (which tends to have an adverse effect on him both mentally and physically) and Alain has to help him out. Maybe they've been battling somewhere remote and there's nobody else around.
•       Something set in Journeys where Ash meets up with Alain again (something that is actually going to happen soon!) and they have to both contend with the events of the Team Flare arc and Ash's spectacular loss in the Kalos league.
•      The two of them, at odds, have to go on a quest to rescue somebody or find a rare pokemon or something.

Kiawe/Ash:

•      I love their friendly rivalry and how they're both very driven, but where Kiawe is quite serious, Ash is more happy-go-lucky (in general, actually, but especially in SM). Perhaps something about how their relationship builds around this and how their rivalry affects growing romance between the two.
•      SM is an excellent series for fluffy, cozy slice of life stuff (all of anipoke is, actually, but especially SM). Maybe something set on Kiawe's parent's farm, or something with them both inside while it's raining or snowing, or perhaps they're helping out Mallow in her cafe. Or something else.
•      The two of them investigating something, or rescuing somebody or maybe taking on an ultra beast?
•      Maybe they end up in a different universe since that's a thing in SM.
•      Hurt/Comfort where one of them gets sick or injured and the other one has to help him out.
•      Something to do with Ash in the Nurse Joy uniform.

Fandom-specific DNW: Future fic/aging up more than a few years (I'm into sparkly youthful romance, here), character bashing (I love all of the characters so please nothing about how Iris sucks or Serena sucks or Sophocles sucks or whatever. Except Tobias. You can have a little Tobias hate, as a treat).


2. Original Work

Ships: Eldritch Horror in Man Suit/Naïve Young Man Who Finds He's Kinda Into That, Fairy Prince Who is Fascinated by Humans/Misanthropic Witch, Ghost Of Murder Victim/Eldest Son Of Family Who Move Into His House

General Notes: I tend to assume that original pairings are prompts in and of themselves, and let the writers/artists do what they will with them. Though I'd like to list a few things that I like about various relevant genres and such. I'm quite the horror fan, so don't be afraid to go dark with these. These are also just for inspiration, so don't feel the need to incorporate every point if you don't want to.

Eldritch Horror/Young Man:

•     As noted above in my general likes, I love xeno, so feel free to go ham in whichever direction you'd like!
•     Body horror!
•     I love the trappings of cosmic horror: the insanity, the presence of a vast, uncaring universe and the inherent    nihilism within that, many strange and unknowable things and places.
•     The horror can have some uncanny valley qualities that aren't apparent at first but get more and more obvious.
•     The horror being strangely, oddly beautiful.
•     They could meet because the young man is investigating Things Man Was Not Meant To Know. Perhaps he's getting more and more lost to it as he goes on.
•      Maybe the young man becomes more and more monstrous, himself?

Fairy Prince/Witch:

•    Some sumptuous dark fantasy setting would be A++++ for this one.
•    Would be neat if the Fairy Prince was unseelie and was either evil or just totally amoral and does not really take into consideration the personhood of humans.
•    Spooky, eerie fairy realms.
•    Maybe the Fairy Prince has fangs. I love fangs.
•    The Fairy Prince would probably be strangely, supernaturally beautiful, enough to torment any human who sees him into inescapable desire.
•    The Fairy Prince is firmly in the uncanny valley - he looks human but really isn't, but the witch is too familiar with the supernatural to be scared.
•     As for the witch, I'd like all of the weird rituals and potion making and nightime furtiveness.
•    Creepy little witch's house in a dark and scary forest.

Ghost/Eldest Son:

•    Haunted houses are for sure one of my favourite horror tropes. I love the constant low level creepiness and the intersection of domesticity and horror.
•   Some murder mystery stuff would also be neat. Maybe the ghost doesn't remember who murdered him and the son has to help him investigate.
•    Perhaps some slowly building creepiness where things get more and more wrong.

3. Deadly Premonition

     General Notes: I love the general vibe and atmosphere of this game; it goes wrong in so many ways but it's so strange and interesting. Having any of the towns people showing up to be fun and weird would be cool.

Ships: Thomas Maclaine/Francis York Morgan, Francis York Morgan/Francis Zach Morgan

Thomas Maclaine/ Francis York Morgan:

•    I think one thing I'd like to see here is a post-canon AU where Thomas survives and is working through his trauma from the events of the game as well as trying to get over George. York/Zach stays in Greenvale and they build up a relationship. Either York/Zach is also grieving Emily or she also survives and they decide they're better off platonic.
•    Post-canon thing where Thomas is one of the forest goddesses and either York is also dead and it's some strange afterlife thing, or Zach has dreams about forest goddess Thomas.

Francis York Morgan/Francis Zach Morgan:

• Maybe something that demonstrates the relationship between them throughout their life and how it's built up through significant moments.
• Something going into the dark world elements of canon. I'm super into the idea of darker realities under our own, so it would be cool to see something touching on that.

Fandom Specific DNW: Condemnation of Thomas' crossdressing; I'd prefer it if you either had him continue to crossdress and maybe a way of doing that would be for him to crossdress in ways that don't resemble his dead sister, or you just didn't mention it.
